Didn't hurt too bad! I bought these for me to wear to my children's dance recital. Overall, I loved the shoe. They made my feet a bit sore after awhile, but it was the first time I had worn them, so maybe they need to be broken in a bit more. Size wise, I ordered a 10 as I just had a new baby (4 weeks at the time, now 6 weeks old) and needed to go up a half size. Normally I buy 9 1/2. The look of this shoe is great and I noticed it did turn a couple of heads. Relax, have fun, and enjoy life!
Did not last one month - To be fair, my 5 yr old son plays hard and does sometimes drag his toes, but we have never had shoes just fall apart. The entire sole literally came off of these in less than 1 month of wearing.

Despite my reservations about the quality, based on the price, I went ahead and ordered them. These are lovely little boots, well constructed, and fun to wear. I will say, though, that if you have large calves, they do not fit well in the leg.
Desert trek - The Desert Trek shoes you should make the one's with out the line in middle and with sheep skin inside the desert trek like a boot a short desert boot it was called before just like wallabies with sheep skin in the 70 and 80's they use to have them you would sell alot of them i didnt see that shoe come out yet. for the new generation.helen
Delovely - I rarely can find a heel that will fit my hard to fit feet. This shoe fills the void perfectly. I can wear them for hours and I feel like a princess. I do not want to take them off!! I own many SW and not all fit true to size, I purchased a 9W and it was fab. This one is a must...
Delicate Heel - Very comfortable; the cap on the heel feels a little fragile and is sharp-edged, so I will problem have them replaced with a more rugged cap; otherwise I've gotten lots of compliments on these shoes
