Adds height without hurting my arch. I had foot surgery 9 months ago to correct a flat arch. I have been having difficulty wearing my heels due to the pain at the top of my foot and at my toe. I saw these and bought them in red. I can wear them to work and throughout the night. They are super comfortable and add inches to my height without having to place too much pressure on the ball of my foot. I have to admit, I've never paid this much for a pair of shoes before, but they are totally worth it.
